TERMS & CONDITIONS

Return and Guarantee Policies:

 

All Items are under Guarantee from the date the product purchased came into the consumer’s possession.

(Guarantee is only applicable if it is a Factory Fault)

The remedies provided for guarantee are:

  1. Repair

  2. Replacement

  3. Part or full refund

 

Consumers would not be entitled to these remedies if the defect in the product is the result of some kind of misuse. 

  1. Repair

When a good develops a fault, the first step is to repair the product free of charge. 

   2. Replacement

Replacement of defective or non-conforming goods can be chosen if the product cannot be repaired.

When a product is replaced, the two-year legal guarantee does not start over again with the replaced product but will continue from the original date of purchase.

  3. Part or full refund

A part or full refund of the money paid for the product may be claimed when repair or replacement of the product is not possible and the Item Purchased is still under Guarantee.

One is not entitled to request a full refund when the lack of conformity is only minor or insignificant or when the product has been used for quite some time.

 

 

Returning Goods:

Change of mind situations or wrong buying decisions is not accepted for Returns. 

In Such Cases if the item purchased is still sealed and hasn't been used, then the client may opt to exchange the item for something else.

Terms & Conditions
Goods Must Be Checked For Any Sort of Damages Within 3days From The Delivery Date.
Any Damages Reported after 3 days are not the Liability of the Company.
Installation is at an extra charge an may not be provided on the same day,
hence done by separate appointments, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery is Strictly to Ground Floor, unless stated otherwise.
Goods Remain Property of Uncle Mike Ltd until full payment is received.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED
